Cover Features Reliable Swing Eye Bolt or Segment Clamp Closure Mechanism

Available in Type 304 stainless steel, Type 316 stainless steel or carbon steel with standard Buna N o-rings, Viton® o-rings are an available as an option.

A counter balanced spring assisted cover lifting mechanism balances the cover perfectly giving it a "weightless" feel. Opening and closing the cover is "finger tip" easy.

Side inlet and bottom outlet provides easy and complete drainage. A tangential outlet option is available to reduce the height of the housing making filter bag change-out easier.

Unique 3-point hold down ensures a high-quality seal between each filter bag and the housing body. A supplied special tool ensures, simple effective operation.

Housing volume is optimized to minimize product loss.

Single bag filter consists of a filter housing, a support basket and a filter bag and is suitable for solid filtration applications at low flow velocity range. In addition, we also offer multi bag filters and duplex bag filters to meet your diversified filtration demands.

S/S cloth wire mesh is welded on STRAINER BASKET using Ultra-Sonic Welding, the mesh basket is recycleable by just washing & soft brushing of the basket. It’s the innovational way of cost saving compare to the convientional bag filter when it clocks .

The microns of the mesh varies from 100 to as small as 1. 

The mesh comes in both SS 304 grade and SS 316L food grade choices.

The mesh was to withstand high temperture conditions up to 200degree celsius.   

Our products products are buffered n polished to mirror shine as according to AIB and HACCP standards.
